      The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately the sender sent the wrong item by mistake - human error. I informed them of this and they instantly responded. After I provided photos they admitted their error immediately and tried to locate the correct part in their warehouse but as it was a rare part they couldn’t. They apologied sincerely and provided a full refund. Mistakes happen and the way this seller dealt with this was open, honest and swift. Excellent service.

      Great seller with very good communications. Fast delivery and was kept informed as to where my package was. Haven't been able to use or test yet to see if it fully works as seller said they didnt have the ability to confirm it works but have assured me if its faulty I can return free of charge for full refund. You cant get fairer than that. Would buy from seller again.

      I am really delighted with the condition of the purchased goods. The delivery was really fast and accurate :D I bought it based on the picture shown, but it looks even better in person :D and the price was much more favorable than other sellers and there was free delivery to my country. The packaging was really more than very good (I barely opened it :D) All recommendations for the seller and I hope we will cooperate in the future. A pure five......
