Secondly, the bubble wrap has a sticker on it from the manufacturer in China and each figure was held in place with one support tie even though there are several holes all over the packaging to hold the figures in plsce so I believe this item is not official product of NECA. However, I did suspect this before purchasing so I'm not surprised

The item was delivered in packaging that did not stand up to the rigours of courier delivery. However the item inside was not damaged so I am still satisfied.

This Seller is one of the Good Guys . He went out of his way to help resolve this issue and gave me a good partial refund and told me to keep the figure .
