The plastic bag the item was in was taped, vs. the plastic being unopened, which I do not believed was described in the item description. Item still looks "new" but unsure if it was ever used since the plastic bag was taped vs. unopened/not tampered with.

He/she was prompt in communication and went to the USPS office to conduct a search. I am hoping that somehow, the package is delivered because the quality of the item appeared to be excellent.
