This unit was in perfect shape, with everything stated in the ad. It arrived very fast and well packed. It looked like it was brand new. There has no issues with computer, and I can't see any for a very long time. I'd buy another computer from you again. Wait my better half bought the same computer as a laptop, and she loves it too. Thanks.

It looked practically new, with no signs of wear and tear or scratches.. The price was more than reasonable and it felt like the same quality product I would have gotten directly from HP.
