It was thoroughly and safely packaged, which (considering it's a hefty piece of tech) I was relieved to see. It arrived about a week after purchase, which I thought was quite speedy, and it's working perfectly. All the necessary cables were included, as well as a working remote control. I'm usually hesitant to buy electronics online, but this one is great and was reasonably priced. Thanks so much for a positive shopping experience!

Truly appreciate that, although I am not a fan of FedEx! This will be a bday gift to one of my sons for his home theater. I did test the 3500 when it arrived & all works perfectly.
