Shipping only took a few days, arrived sooner that it was supposed to, by 4 days. Then when I opened the package I was so suprized to see how well they wrapped it up! I bought a very breakable item, it was fully wrapped in saran wrap then had newspaper stuffed tightly all the way around it! Then a PERSONALIZED card from them to me fell out! I would give 100 star
