The links were brand new, as described, and the packaging was out of this world, everything put neatly in small ziplock baggies. They even included a removal tool. It was a good deal for me since I needed to add length to my Kreisler band. Ofc Kreisler is good quality. Seller shipped promptly, but USPS is beyond sucking anymore, which is not seller's fault. However, the shipping through absolutely no fault of the seller took longer than expected by USPS. I was pleasantly surprised that the seller also included extra spring bars and the tool with the extremely well packaged shipment. This is a first class seller and I would not hesitate at all to do additional business or recommend them to others. Thanks!
