    My BMW screen was held up in Canada (tariff problem, probably). I contacted the seller daily, and they always responded to me. Since the package took a long time with no tracking information out of Canada, they refunded me the full price and shipping. I know things happen and they made every effort to remedy the situation, but it was beyond their control. A full refund was given. I would buy again because I know they are honest.

    PERFECT! Seller verified that the part was correct by VIN number, becasue the BMW master parts list was confusing. It arrived in excellent condition, well packed and it came EARLY! I really recommend this seller to anyone looking for parts for their "older" rides. I can't thank Agventures Parts enough for helping me replace the unsightly ailing center screen.
