Certainly in very good condition, but definitely not "new with tags". Shipping and packaging fine, but deceptive description and sale. We have actual PROOF of our inventory directly from them, You could've returned the item for FREE with a full refund, yet you chose to keep it. You submitted a FALSE statement wich says alot about you charactor.
