However, I learned from the friends I was staying with that they arrived today well-packed and upgraded by the seller to First Class post last Wednesday! He also responded swiftly and courteously to my communications. So clearly the fact that delivery took 5 days is down to Royal Mail. Warm thanks to the seller for going the second mile to help me.
