I had already bought a copy at the price I had intended, and didn't need a second copy, but they refunded the difference between the offer and original price, and even offered to refund the full item if I ship it back which technically they did not need to. When I got it, obviously it was broken. I contacted them, sent pics of the bubble wrap & broken candle holder . They apologized & gave me a refund. They did not say they were disputing anything. I thought that was the end of it & threw it out. Now they have filed a claim with the Post Office disputing the broken candle holder and want me to prove it was broken. We are confused, we do not know what your issue is or how us following protocol and filing a claim on our inventory that was damaged, lost, or broken in transit makes us dishonest, it's a very inaccurate and defamatory thing to claim, especially when you were refunded.
