Luckily the item inside was safe and unaffected, this was of no fault to the seller and they were very understanding and took action when I informed them that my item had not arrived long after it was supposed to. Packed a little rough - packed so tightly,struggled to unwrap and when tried to pull bracelet out of oddly packed item broke a link but can easily fix. Would use this seller again but would cautiously unpack with a scalpel blade Very pleased with item
