He sent me a keychain instead of the equipment that was originally advertised. Furthermore, he misled me by claiming that my package had been lost and by providing false tracking numbers to delay and deceive me. I requested a refund of my money, but since then the seller has ceased all communication. I respectfully request the reimbursement of $214, including applicable taxes.

He hasn't figured it out yet, although I dip my finger in to show him that it is indeed water. He has always had a problem choking on water and has been using a dripper. I am excited to see if he can successfully use this bowl. Fingers crossed. Great seller!
