    Item was as-described, fully functional, well packed, and shipped fast. USPS delayed delivery by nine days… Very late but was not the sellers fault. Had it for a week bow and still shows not delivered yet -even though delivered more than a week late.

    This was my first experience purchasing an item on ebay. It was overall a disappointment. This particular seller is only partially straightforward and helpful in my experience. The quality of the pictures provided was poor. My questions were not answered before the item was shipped. The painting was not completely covered in bubble wrap and I believe this was the biggest factor in the ensuing damage. I was offered a partial refund and all communication stopped afterwards.

    Unfortunately the Shipping put a very heavy box on top of this painting. No amount of bubble wrap would have helped it. The amount of weight that was put on the box labeled fragile was to much for even the hanging wire to hold and it was broken and also ripped the painting. I was never asked any questions from this buyer. I am always on ebay checking messages and trying to make sure I answer within 24 hours. Sad that Shipping does not care how they handle boxes. I have no control over shipping.
