Didn't realise when I ordered that the product was being shipped from China so took longer than I expected, however seller was quick to dispatch and when the item arrived it was exactly as advertised, fits perfectly and seems to be of good quality on par with the original part it replaced. Only point I would raise is that it was sent in a thin plastic bag, so potential for it to have been damaged in transit. Would use seller again.

I bought two 9" mops from them and received two 7". I contacted the seller, their excuse was to suggest to me that somewhere, obscurely in the description is a picture of a 7" mop, and even though they are listing 9" mops they are actually selling 7". I relied on eBay to sort this out. They did.
