I was packaged nicely upon a survival is in great condition just it was advertised as the wrong size I believe this is a child's 12 not a woman's 12 compared to my Lilly Pulitzer size 12. They do put on their site that if something doesn't fit they have no problem taking it back thank you and I've already had my refund I would buy again not a problem and sending things back in same condition
