Import vinyl LP. Aphex Twin (a.k.a. Richard D. James) helped to bring about and revolutionize the techno movement in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The 2014 release "Syro" was his first album in 13 years! The release was initially announced via a blimp over London, and clearly the world of techno and electronica had missed Aphex Twin. "Syro" hit number one on the Top Electronic Albums chart and a bold #11 on the overall Billboard 200 album chart! As an LP, the legendary Aphex Twin delivers 3 solid vinyl records. Breathing fresh life into his former sounds, James mixes it up with a combination hot club sounds and classic ambient techno.
