They immediately answered questions and gave assurances on the quality and working condition. Also they were experienced with the problem and confirmed my diagnosis while others on "expert" forums were just wrong. The package arrived promptly and was very very well packed. The dash itself was wrapping in plastic to protect the electronics from humidity while sitting on their shelf. Will definitely use them again.
