I thought item was in US dollars but was in pounds, so it was twice as expensive as I thought. I reached out to seller before it was shipped and they didn’t respond. I tried to see if they could offer discount as I was charged $24 for an item others are selling for $12 to $17. Read the fine print. Caveat Emptor.

While it was on its way I saw that it was in Blu-ray, and the seller & I communicated about it. When it turned out my machine couldn't play Blu-ray, they offered me a refund after I returned it, which I did & which I received. So the 5-star review is for their outstanding customer service.
