She said it was inspected before shipping; it's probably in the bag. It wasn't. The clasp doesn't hold; it opens on its own. Don't recommend seller. She deflected; took no responsibility for the missing stones and made no offer to compensate. Then claimed stones missing from the nose but there are no stones on the nose. No refund without images. No refund without return. These are basic practices on any online business.
