Chirps upon receiving my inquiry only asked for photo proof of what was going on…after receiving photos he advised me to submit a return request with those photos and he would then refund in full. Once the request was submitted, within the hour I had a 100% refund! Amazing exemplary SERVICE!

I looked again and did not see it in the description, but leaving positive feedback because he was responsive to my requests and I feel like it was a misunderstanding.
