The item arrived in good condition, like new, and was well packaged. The value of the figure was fair — the price and appearance are excellent. Although there were issues with customs, it arrived in very good condition. With the seller's help, we were able to clear it, as it was just a labeling error on the value by UPS, but it was successfully resolved.
