The seller shipped it promptly so they did nothing wrong. After reachng out to the seller they responded immediately. We agreed to be a little more patient, and when that agreed upon time came and passed they immediately issued a full refund. This seller turned a potential unhappy transaction into a good one all because of their excellent communication skills &understanding.
