Plus, they are very easy to work with. The garment I purchased (new with tags) ended up having a factory defect that the seller had no way of knowing unless they put it on themselves. When I contacted them directly to report the issue they responded almost immediately. The situation was completely resolved within 24hrs. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
