Initially, the laptop didn't work well (memory was faulty), but the seller quickly resolved the issue and went as far as to send me a replacement part with upgrade! Absolutely phenomenal service, and everything else about the device is as described. Great value for everything I got for the very device I'm typing this review on right now.
