No response after 5 days so I requested an update again. Seller never responded again so on May 14th, I cancelled the order, Seller refused the cancellation. Next step, I reported "item never received " to eBay on May 18th. Today, May 23rd, eBay issued a refund. This seller was terrible, eBay was great.
