    A little rough packaging but shipping was fast, units not as described, more like "Like new" but I can still use what I got happily and seller also negotiated, so I'm fine with it, no need for a neutral here.

    I received my order in a timely fashion. It was packed carefully, included all the instructions on use of the bells and there were no chips or cracks. When I tried using them all worked except one. I tried several new sets of Energizer batteries like I use in my insulin pump but it didn't help. I contacted the seller and they did everything they could to help me get a replacement but were unable to. They asked me how I would like to resolve it and I have asked for a return for refund.
