This was due mainly to the item in fact coming from China and not 'in stock' in the UK as the impression given in the advert. This resulted in Ebay reimbursing my money... but eventually it turned up!!....I have asked Ebay how to repay them. Very good product spoilt by a long drawn out and unnecessary / worrying event.
