I responded to all their messages quickly, offered support, and a possible solution. They opened a brand new item that was discontinued and devalued the item by opening, using it, altered it by changing batteries, and pushing reset buttons. I am not a big box store so you should consider paying for that third party warranty protection. Disregard their feedback and do not do business with them. This buyer was added to my block list.

Considering the condition it is in only missing one button that I don’t need which I can probably get it’s an excellent price! I had a couple of questions which the seller quickly answered.
