I found the item on Labor Day weekend and messaged the seller with a couple of questions. She got back to me very quickly the same day and answered my questions. I purchased on the holiday weekend, it was shipped on Tuesday and received on Friday. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and with this seller! I would recommend to anyone.

It's a beautiful, earthy vase with just enough heft. Packed soooo well! Many layer of padding, and I can't thank you enough for that. The box had clearly been dropped in transit--no fault of the seller!--but the care taken in packing meant the vase arrived in perfect shape. I can't thank you enough!!

USPS was a bit rough on the packaging and there was some denting in the outside packing paper, the inside packing box and the manufacturer's packaging holding the item but that's on USPS, not the seller. Seller packaged item very, very well. It's fine to still give as a gift. Will definitely buy from this seller again.
