    My experience with this seller was great! The item was new as described but when I tried to play a cd it wouldn’t read the cds. So I messaged the seller and they got back with me and told me what to do through eBay. It was a very smooth process to return it. A shipping label was sent prepaid. They have now issued a refund. I would buy from this seller again.
