Seller agreed to send full replacement. After 32 days of back and forth I finally received correct kit. Kit quality is almost as good as the big brand. Kit is detailed but not as well engineered as the big brand. Having to search all bags at once for parts was tedious but doable. Thats almost three weeks folks! However the packaging for it makes up for some of the delay!
