Eventually did via connecting to a laptop only to find it belonged to a person already and couldn't press any buttons or do anything cause user had locked device. Tried to give product back. But the seller refused an address's and barked on about a refund. When all I wanted to do was not have something that belong to others. Seller clearly not bothered. So product went in bin. Pathetic item
