I love fashion and these sandals were from a country I will never visit so to get a handmade pair of sandals from Pakistan was exciting, a real conversation piece and one of a kind. The company was very apologetic and offered a discount as a gesture of good faith. All I ask to that trust, communication and honesty guides your organization...that's all we have left these days
