The item is priced low which makes sense due to the lack of ball bearings. The only criticism is that there is a lot of play between the axle bolt(8mm) and the ID of the steel sleeve(10mm), and had no lubricant. The 0.6mm sleeve wall thickness is inadequate for heavier loads, and would have been better if it had 2.0mm wall thickness, or a 10mm diameter axle bolt .
