The condition of the product in the box was not even close to what the picture looked like. The insulation sound barrier was all crumpled up and in disarray. The connector wire channel was loose rolling around in the box and there were some extra items rolling around in the box that were not associated with the purchase. Packaging was some cardboard and plastic wrap, no box, no protection, so arrived with the the second door broken during shipping. Now I need to buy two replacements instead of one. Seller response was basically I told you it was missing and that was it. Nothing about the broken door during shipping.
