      The product arrived undamaged and well packaged. The calibration tool was defective and required a mechanic to program the actuator. The actuator gear was also stuck but the mechanic was able to get it to move. The seller responded to messages about once a day and in the end backed their product. Turbo actuator was for a 14’ Ram 3500 6.7 diesel. The actuator was much cheaper than the dealer though it does not feel as robust/heavy duty as OEM. Time will tell of its durability and longevity.

      Arrived well packaged. Seems sturdy built , perhaps a little lighter than oem. Will update after installing. So far so good. Great Seller. Tracking could use some better updating but package arrived on time.
