The item (pint beer glass) was exactly as describes, exactly as I wanted and packed superbly. A first class seller.

But the packaging wasn't secure and the box was partly open. Shame that royal mail was courier and as soon as I realised I knew that there would be delivery problems and there were. On the last day it was supposed to be delivered I had an email at 8.20am to say the item was sent to the wrong delivery office in the city, it then took 28 hours to be redirected and delivered to me. Shame on rm
