No quality issues on the figure except for minor excess plastic from the molding process that made a couple steps a bit more resistant but It’ll be easy to file that off. Transformation was easier than expected if you know what you’re doing too. Some reviewers said that they had to use a screwdriver to loosen joints but mine had no issues. Super awesome figure I’d highly recommend.

The figure arrived far sooner than expected, came out of the box in great condition, and there don't seem to be any signs of damage or hardship during its trip to my door. No broken pieces or chipping, missing parts/accessories, and looks perfect along the growing collection. The only negative I will add is that I found the real chain for the mace was glued into its arm adapter, now either is too loose.

The items arrived sooner than expected, as described (brand new/sealed), and most importantly, authentic! Some of the boxes were a bit dented but I don’t mind that as this came from overseas and they did what they could to make sure it arrived in good condition. Whole set came with no duplicates and was a decent selling price as well. 10/10 would purchase from again. Packaging was perfect upon arrival. Boxes showed no shipping damages. The items were all brand new and sealed as they appeared in the listing. Each figure has been inspected and show no issues and are of high quality. If I have any other TransFormers in need, I will absolutely do business with this seller again.

Selling company was very thorough in shipping process, sending within 24 hours of order, so I received package in 3 weeks in US via USPS. Item was original manufacturer delivery re-wrapped to send from warehouse, with all interiors intact. Great value for an out-of-production model! Looks great. I was apprehensive of seller, but seeing their honest responses to negative reviews made me confident in them, and I am glad I decided that! Excellent seller.
