I contacted them about it and they sent my original order immediately and free of charge. Both books are in amazing condition and were shipped extremely fast. Packaging was also perfect. Value & Description were spot on. Thank you for your business and I WILL be shopping again. Mistakes happen and this seller definitely rectified theirs and more. Very, very much appreciated.

The book was just placed loosely in a box with no packing material. It was described as Brand New and Sealed, but when it arrived the plastic wrapping had been ripped in multiple places and scuffed quite a bit. I do not think the actual book was damaged, but it would no longer be considered 'sealed'.Die Gillen, Kieron Hardcover 656 pages Brand New SEALED (N° 376039266450)
