Later, buyer messaged again indicating his intention to return the item and cover shipping for size 10 for his wife. We informed him size 10 out of stock and suggested a similar style. We also advised him on initiating the return process for an exchange. We made sure to respond promptly to every message from the buyer, ensuring they were kept informed throughout the process.
