They assured me if it was damaged they would exchange it with no issues. Didn't have to exchange it tho.i have no doubt they would have kept their word. Even tho it wasn't their fault. The part was eventually delivered, UPS in Lexington KY held it for almost 3 weeks, the package was beat up pretty bad although the part was undamaged and in good condition. Seems to be good quality product and a decent price. Did not arrive in a timely manner at all, that 2-4 day shipping IS NOT CORRECT AT ALL. Seller communication seemed very robotic, like auto responses. I blame UPS
