    Terrible experience with this seller. The order took much longer to receive than expected. When it finally arrived, there were only 3 out of 5 items. The enclosed receipt had “5” crossed out, and “3” written in. However, the seller still charged me for 5 items. I tried contacting the seller 3 times, and all three attempts were ignored. Because i didn’t receive the full order, i wasn’t able to complete a bracelet for a customer. Because the seller didn’t communicate with me ahead of time, i c

    The initial order did ship on schedule and buyer had notification of back ordered items. We have replied to buyer message asking if they wanted us to ship or refund the remaining items. We have been waiting for a response to that message.
