I needed it for an urgent job so didn't have time to get a replacement (which I'm sure RGD would have done) so had to make a key to fit. They did repond promptly when I contacted them about the issue and gave a partial refund. On a general note, the runout was about 10 thou which they said is on the top of what is acceptable but this does make for a fair bit of vibration.

I have had very good comms from them previously and they sent out this order very smartly. Ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Thursday. In spite of the clamps being made of steel, they were well packaged / protected and made it through the post in first class order. I will have no problem ordering any thing else from them in the future.
