It was shipped without packing material to help protect it from being misshapen in the cardboard box, so now I have a slightly crumpled hat. I will try and reshape it, but a little bit of newspaper packing around it to support it could have helped it retain its shape. I found it impossible to track the package as there was no tracking number, just instructions to contact the seller for it.
