    I had received the laptop next day in shipping from the retail store. The laptop was placed in side an air bubble inside of a generic box well padded and survived shipping. Appears to be as described in the listing but not checked or tested yet. Price was un-beatable with the coupon quite expensive brand new. Seller appears friendly enough A1+

    Seller is A++ had a little issue not down to the seller but shipping company, even know they packaged it really well there was slight damage seller responded fast help me fix it and I was happy with the fix so decided to keep it. item was as described and the value was great. Would buy again. :)
