The seller was amazing with a prompt response and willingness to facilitate a return of the issue was with the printer. A new power adapter was bought and the photos printed out beautifully. IWill definitely buy with this seller again! He was patient and was able to figure out that my item had not been picked up. He communicated with me and was able to provide new tracking. Packaged well, and was as described. The box was a little beat up, but bubble wrap kept the item safe. The cargo cover is a good value and works properly overall. The only issue is the retractable cover is slightly droopy with wrinkles on the left side when pulled out, which wasn’t visible in photos. The seller provides no condition details in the listing, only photos, and answers questions narrowly, leaving me unsure about condition details.
