    Order was received, but it was not the advertised item bid on...instantly contacted seller and they advised the item had been mis-labeled and it indeed was not correctly advertised or listed. They instantly refunded my purchase price and didn't even want the item back! (not that i have any use for it) This is obviously a outstanding and professionally run organization. While wrong this time, they owned up to it and made it right! I will certainly use again!

    Description said open box, but it was completely new in the original unopened box. All was original, and it worked right out of the box. Price was super fair and shipping was free and fast, it arrived within 48 hours of purchase. Seller was responsive and easy to communicate with.
