I want to commend Bill from Collecting The Past on his proactive and tireless actions to fix what was a terrible situation caused by a very careless UPS worker. My purchase of rare animation maquettes arrived severely damaged after UPS failed to appropriately package them. Bill kept in daily contact with me to resolve the situation with UPS. After over a month of emails, calls and messages, he finally got it resolved (as much as possible). Thanks Bill!
