I contacted the seller and after sending a reminder I received a reply. It was agreed I would return the item, using free postage and receive a full refund. The issue is now resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thank you.

Ordered mid afternoon on Friday the 18th July but didn’t arrive until Monday the 28th – not the fastest UK delivery I’ve had by a long way.
